A )"I"Ir (b) Each Declaration shall (1) contain a reasonably accurate description of the 65 11project," as defined in the Regulations (which may include the property or program to be 66 financed,, as applicable , to which the expenditure relates and (2) state the maximum principal 67 amount of bonding expected to be issued for that project. 68 (c) Care shall be taken so that the City, or its authorized representatives under this 69 Resolution,, not make Declarations in cases where the City doesn't reasonably expect that "7 ('-) reimbursement bonds will be issued to finance the subject project costs, and the City officials 7 1 are hereby authorized to consult with bond counsel to the City concerning the requirements of "72 the Regulations and their application in particular circumstances.
