WHEREAS the City Code of the 1, 17 Uty of Roseville,, Section 71,070 and 66.340 provides that, thie City, may certify to the County Auditor the amounts of unpaid, sewe and water an water charges to be! entered as part of the tax levy on, said piremises and nsu,in,g year THEREFORE, BE 1T RESOLVED BY 'THE COUNCIL FOR CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS: 1. Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part thereof by reference is a list of parce�ls of real property, lying within the City limits which are served by sanitary sewers and municipal water service of the City of Roseville, and on which there are unpaid sewer and water charges as shown on the attached Exhibit "'All'. 2. The Council hereby certifies said list and requests the Ramsey County Auditor, to include in the real, estate taxes due the amount set forth in Exhibit "A" for taxes due and payable 'in 1,984, The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly sleco7idied, by Member upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: 0 -And, the following voted against same, WHEREUPON,; said riesolut,i,on was, declared duly passed and adopted.
