At that same <br />time, <br />® garage <br />exist,ed on the <br />side of the <br />15-foot, easement opposite <br />the <br />storm sewer, <br />Sitaf f has no obJectil on, to this arrangement and has reviewed this mat- <br />ter with our legal counsel. The a,ccolmpanying agreement 'is the result <br />III <br />of the diliscussion and has been signed by the owner. The next step <br />would be for the clity to agree and to si I lgn the document, as well. <br />RECOMMENDED COUNCIL ACTION.- Motion authorizing the mayor and manager <br />
