warn <br />CONT'RACT'BET'WEEN <br />RAMSEY COUNTY AND T'H�E CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />FOR ELECTION SERVICES <br />This is a con�tract between the Count y of Ram�sey ("Coun�ty"') and the City of <br />Roseville ("City"') for the provision of election services by Ram�sey County. <br />1. Duration of Con�tract <br />This con�tract will be in effect for the period begin�n�in�g on January 1, 2012 and <br />ending on Decem er 31, 201 2., <br />2. Con�tract Ren�ewal and Termination <br />This con�tract may be renewed for an additional four year period by written <br />consent of the County and City. An amendment to this con�tract for ren�ewal must <br />be executed by all parties no later than Decem er 14,, 201 2., If not renewed, this <br />con�tract will term�in to on December 31, 201 2., <br />Upon the effective date of termination of this con�tract, the City -owned voting <br />equipm�en�t, election supplies and related m terials will be returned to the City., <br />Ilk <br />Except as otherwise provided in this con�tract, the County will provide all services, <br />equipm�en�t, and supplies as required to perform, on behalf of the City, all <br />election �-related duties of the City under the Min�n�esota election law and other <br />relevan�t state and federal laws. These duties will include but are not limited to-, <br />Recruitm�en�t, training, and supervision of staff to carry out the duties <br />specified in this contract; <br />Annual inspection of polling places to verify com lian�ce with all <br />state and federal accessibility requirements; <br />0 Recruitment, train�in�g, end assign�men�t of election judges; <br />Paym�en�t of election judges' salaries ins ens am�oun�t determ�in�ed by <br />the Ramosey County Board of Commissioners; <br />Operation, maintenance, testing, demonstration, storage, end <br />technical support for voting systems; <br />Main�ten�an�ce, storage, an replacem�en�t of voting stations for each <br />polling place and for absentee voting purposes; <br />Preparation and transportation of voting systems, voting stations, <br />and other election materials to and from each polling place; <br />Agreement for Election Se�rviice�s with Ciity of Rose�viil�l�e�, effective 1-1-12 v2.0 1 of 6 <br />
