The police department had three printers that were being used in the patrol report writing area and investigations that needed to be replaced. To defray the cost of three new printers, the police department requested three printers through the Target & BLUE Program. /N A Vn January 1 15 2008, the police department was notified that its request for the three printers had been granted. Allow the police department to accept the donation of two HP LaserJet 41 OOTN printers and one HP LaserJet 3100 printer to be used in the patrol report writing area and investigations, thereby defraying the cost of purchasing three, new replacement printers. FINANCIAL IMPLICATIONS None, other than a reduction in equipment replacement cost to the City.
