Twin Lakes Public Financial Participation Framework <br />These criteria, which have been developed with consideration to community goals articulated <br />through the Imagine Roseville 2025 process, the Twin Lakes Master Plan (2001.), and the Twin <br />Lakes Design Principles, describe general policies that the City of Roseville will use when <br />considering if, how, and level of financial p articipation. These policies are intended to elucidate <br />what is within the realm of consideration when public financial participation is considered `or <br />elected offliciats, city staff, the public, and the development community.
