REVIEWED/ RECOMMENDS: <br />/ j * <br />There are three different groups of nonunion, ernployees: clerical-?echnical, <br />s up e rvi s ory- coin flident, lial, and manaigement-administrative. It is recommended <br />the salary sichedul,les for each of thesile groups be increased by 5%* <br />it is further recommended the long-term insuriance benefits be increased, but <br />,also provide, for a longer waiting period before benefits begin. This would <br />apply to the management-admin ist rat ive group,,, but would be available to other <br />,employee groups., Benefits now have a maximum, monthly benefit of $1,500 per <br />month, with a waiting, period of 60 days, Benefit irnprovements would relate <br />to individual salaries, but also would provide a 90-day waiting period. <br />It is not, recommended to increase the contribution for health insurance in <br />1984.
