<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />OF CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />JULY 13, 1987 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof. a regular meeting of <br /> <br />the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly <br /> <br />held in the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 13th day of <br />July, 1987, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Wiski and <br /> <br />Councilmembers Cushman, Matson, Kehr and Johnson; and the <br /> <br />following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilmember Johnson introduced and moved the adoption of the <br /> <br />following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 8158 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION <br />AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT ON <br />IMPROVEMENT NO. ST-p-87-12 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, certain petitions requesting an improvement in the <br /> <br />City of Roseville, on Chatsworth Street from Larpenteur Avenue to <br /> <br />Roselawn Avenue by the construction of bituminous paving, <br /> <br />concrete curb and gutter, storm sewer and necessary appurtenan- <br /> <br />ces, filed with the Council on JUly 7, 1987, is hereby declared <br /> <br />to be signed by the required percentage of owners of property <br /> <br />affected thereby pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 429 035. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br />
