• <br /> EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br /> ID <br /> CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br /> County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 12th day of December, 2011 at 6:00 p.m. <br /> The following members were present: Johnson, Willmus, McGehee, Pust and Roe <br /> and the following were absent: none. <br /> Member Pust introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION No. 10961 <br /> RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING THE 2012 AND 2013 UTILITY RATES <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, the <br /> water, sanitary sewer, storm drainage, and recycling rates be established for 2012 and 2013 in accordance <br /> with Schedule A attached to this Resolution. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member McGehee <br /> • and upon a vote being taken thereon,the following voted in favor thereof:Johnson,Willmus,Pust and Roe, <br /> the following abstained: McGehee and the following voted against the same: none. <br /> WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> • <br />
