Approve Minutes <br /> Comments and corrections to draft minutes had been submitted by the City Council prior <br /> to tonight's meeting and those revisions were incorporated into the draft presented in the <br /> Council packet. <br /> a. Approve Minutes of November 21, 2011 Meeting <br /> Willmus moved, McGehee seconded, approval of the minutes of the November <br /> 21, 2011 meeting as amended. <br /> Corrections: <br /> Mayor Roe noted one additional typographical error on page 29, line 16. <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: Willmus; McGehee; Pust; and Roe. <br /> Nays: None. <br /> b.
