City Manager Future Agenda Review <br /> City Manager Malinen reviewed upcoming agenda items. <br /> Discussion included current City vacancies, not new positions, and Information Technol- <br /> ogy (IT) staffing costs adjusted among Joint Powers Agreements (JPA's) for those enti- <br /> ties involved; timing for next week's meeting start to facilitate the continued Closed Ex- <br /> ecutive Session; January 9, 2012 organizational meeting and potential rescheduling of the <br /> legislative delegation originally scheduled to appear tonight; and early 2012 timing of the <br /> City Council's work plan to facilitate sufficient time to work on those priorities, beyond <br /> the 2013 budget. <br /> 15. Councilmember-Initiated Items for Future Meetings <br /> Councilmember McGehee had previously requested a future discussion on converting the <br /> City Council's financial policies into ordinances. <br /> 16.
