The plans submitted by Roundy's does not include a photometric plan. (Ord. 1234, 12-15-1999, efT 1- 1 -2000) <br />The proposal seeks to place the trash enclosure area at the rear of the buildint! near the <br />dock. Although this area lies adjacent to a residential property (north), the Planning, <br />Division believes that due to reasons described above, the enclosure area will have <br />minimal impact on the north property. Staff will work with Roundy's on provision of <br />information to address the three other requirements listed and include them in the final <br />plan. <br />7.1 The DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE recommends APPROVAL of the REZONING, FINAL <br />DEVELOPMENT PLAN and PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT, subject to the conditions <br />stipulated in Section 6.1 to 6.12 of this report. <br />8.0 SUGGESTED CITY COUNCIL ACTION: <br />8.1 ADOPT an ORDINANCE REZONING the property at 1201-1211 and 1215 Larpenteur Avenue from <br />SC, SHOPPING CENTER DISTRICT to PUD, PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT, with an underlying <br />zoning of SHOPPING CENTER DISTRICT; <br />8.2 By MOTION, APPROVE the FINAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN and PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT <br />AGREEMENT. <br />21'0� <br />
