<br />That part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 8, Township 29 North,
<br />Range 23 West which is covered by an existing highway easement, described by a Document in
<br />Book 1375 of Deeds,, Page 173, which is on file and of record in Ramsey County, Minnesota
<br />which is to be partially vacated as described below.-
<br />Commencing at the Northeast Comer of said Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of
<br />Section 8; thence South 00 degrees 36 minutes 13 seconds East, assumed bearing along the east
<br />line of said Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter, a distance of 928.01 feet to the northerly
<br />right of way of State Trunk Highway No. 36; thence westerly along said right of way along a
<br />curve,, concave to the south,, whose elements are.- central angle of 01 degree 31 minutes 50
<br />seconds,, a radius of 5,794.58 feet,, arc length of 154.78 feet, and a chord that bears South 88
<br />degrees 28 minutes 06 seconds West, a chord distance of 154.78 feet; thence westerly along said
<br />right of way, tangent to last curve,, South 87 degrees 42 minutes I I seconds West, a distance of
<br />507.75 feet to the centerline of said highway easement and the Point of Beginning of the parcel
<br />to be described; thence North 00 degrees 37 minutes 13 seconds West, along said centerline line,
