AT'TACHMENT'G EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville,, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 24 th day of March, 2008 at 6.-00 p.m. The following members were present.* and the following were absent.- Council Member adoption.- introduced the following resolution and moved its RESOLUTION NO. A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF BONTEN ADDITION FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 2335, 55, 2361 WEST HIGHWAY 36, BONESTROO (PF -10) WHEREAS,, Bunten LP and Bunten 11,, LLC has requested approval of the Bunten Addition FINAL PLAT,, a 4 lot division of property located at 2335, 2355, and 2361 West Highway 36; and WHEREAS,, the FINAL PLAT consolidates 8 existing lots and/or parcels into 4 separate lots; 3 to include structures for which VARIANCEs have been granted and I for land the City owns on which a lift station/pump is located; and WHEREAS,, the Development Review Committee has reviewed the revised FINAL PLAT and supports the lot configurations (to be consistent with the previous approval) and re- dedication of storm sewer easements. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED,, by the Roseville City Council, to approve the FINAL PLAT for property addressed at 2335, 2355, and 2361 West Highway 36, based on the information contained in Section 4 and 5 of the project report dated March 24, 2008, and subject to the following conditions.- 1. Utility and drainage easements for the newly configured storm water pond shall be provided as required/approved by the Public Works Director. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Member , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor.- and the following voted against.- WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
