AT'TACHMENT'G <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville,, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 24 th day of March, 2008 at 6.-00 p.m. <br />The following members were present.* <br />and the following were absent.- <br />Council Member <br />adoption.- <br />introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF BONTEN ADDITION FOR <br />PROPERTY LOCATED AT 2335, 55, 2361 WEST HIGHWAY 36, <br />BONESTROO (PF -10) <br />WHEREAS,, Bunten LP and Bunten 11,, LLC has requested approval of the Bunten <br />Addition FINAL PLAT,, a 4 lot division of property located at 2335, 2355, and 2361 West <br />Highway 36; and <br />WHEREAS,, the FINAL PLAT consolidates 8 existing lots and/or parcels into 4 separate <br />lots; 3 to include structures for which VARIANCEs have been granted and I for land the City <br />owns on which a lift station/pump is located; and <br />WHEREAS,, the Development Review Committee has reviewed the revised FINAL PLAT <br />and supports the lot configurations (to be consistent with the previous approval) and re- <br />dedication of storm sewer easements. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED,, by the Roseville City Council, to approve the <br />FINAL PLAT for property addressed at 2335, 2355, and 2361 West Highway 36, based on the <br />information contained in Section 4 and 5 of the project report dated March 24, 2008, and subject <br />to the following conditions.- <br />1. Utility and drainage easements for the newly configured storm water pond shall <br />be provided as required/approved by the Public Works Director. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor.- <br />and the following voted against.- <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
