Extract of Minutes of a Meeting of the <br />34 City Council of <br />The City of Roseville, Minnesota <br />"I'l- <br />7 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the city of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, was duly called and held at the City Hall in Roseville, Minnesota on March 17, 2008, at <br />o'clock p.m. <br />440 The following members were present: <br />44 2 and the following were absent: <br />1) Council member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />44Z SOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE AND SALE OF THE <br />44 5 $7,000,000 EDUCATIONAL FACILITIES REVENUE NOTE, SERIES 2008 <br />(CONCORDIA ACADEMY ASSOCIATION OF SCHOOLS PROJECT) <br />44 7 AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF DOCUMENTS RELATING THERETO <br />44 The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council member <br />44 and after full discussion thereof and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in <br />50 favor thereof: <br />52 and the following voted against the same: <br />5,4 whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />zq'#� <br />
