Ericson ("Owner"). <br />1, BACKGROUND. The Owners are the fee owners of certain real property <br />located in the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, State of Minnesota, legally <br />described as follows-, <br />Subject to easements of record and widened Larpenteur Ave. The west 147 feet of the <br />east 2810 feet of the S of extended SL of vacated Crawford St. of the southwest 14 of the <br />southeast 1 4 of Section 15, Township 29, Range 23, Ramsey County, N1N <br />Hereinafter called "Subject property". The subject property is located at <br />1233 Larpenteur Ave., Roseville, MN 55113 <br />3. ACCESS. The City maintains the right to have full access and use of the utility <br />easement. In, consideration for this encr aclunent, the Owners hereby grants the <br />City a waiver of trespass to allow any encroachment onto the subject property <br />outside of the utility easement area dieeined necessary by the City or its agents to <br />service., repair, or replace the existing sewer lines, future utilities, or other uses of <br />the utility easement area, <br />4.
