Increase Volunteer Involvement <br />1. I cruft for and re4nvigomte volunteer commkment, <br />Need to irewriew volunteer resource levels needled to replenish those that have volunteered since HANG <br />inception and may not be physically able to sustain their commitment, <br />Look for ways to encourage volunteering from within all age levels <br />* Consider plartnering with the Master naturalist program for volunteers and programming <br />opportunities., <br />* Actively work with the community school districts in developing a pipeline of student volunteers <br />from schools requiring a level of commun�ity volunteering. <br />Leverage involvement from system-wide volunteer network to extend volunteer capabilities <br />2 Build on a sustainable volunteer base and commitrnent <br />• If items are not getting necessary sustainable commitment, then discontinue and dismantle. <br />• If new proposed items such as a "Green Center"' does, not have funding and manpower support, then <br />don't pursue. <br />3.
