:8.3 The Planning Commission discussed the proposal and specifically the westerly access to <br />County Road B and its future (partial) closure. <br />8.4 The Planning Commission voted (7-0) to recommend APPROVAL of the requested <br />PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPEMNT AMENDM EANT for Har Mar Mall to redevelop thi <br />Firestone site with a new outlot/structure adjacent toCounty Road B, based on the <br />comments in Section 6 and amended conditions of Section 7 of the project report dated <br />November 7, 2007 (see draft minutes). <br />..0 <br />9.1 During the week of November 19 — 23, the City Council received a letter from Jamie <br />4 <br />Swanson, Emmes Realty and a memorandum from James Bensboof, Wenck, regarding <br />additional 'Information pertaining to the westerly 'ingress/egress along County Road B and <br />City Staff s, recommendation toclose the egress. <br />9.2 The City Engineer and City's traffic consultant (SR`) has reviewed the supplemental <br />information provided and conclude that the presence of the exiting right out, travelsng <br />eastward, will cause continued weaving issues and increased illegal traffic movements at <br />the County Road B/Har Mar signalized "Intersection. Therefore the City Engineer <br />recommendation to at a minimum eliminate the eastbound exiting movement stands.
