Cub Foods was forced to use the current space and open a much smaller <br />Cub Foods _ uwI .. ... <br />ii <br />With the Cub Foods store looking imminent, nearby res I idients. sought to make the 24 hour use <br />less invasive. The chain link, fence on the buffer area oni, the east side of the mall was replaced by <br />a 13 foot tall wlooid fence which alleviates a lot (although not all!) of the parking lot noise, <br />Loading docks and trash areas were enclosed and limits were put, on night-time deliveries and <br />parking lot maintenance.
