Delivery of pets for boarding, doggie day <br />ca re camp and/or pet grooming (pet services) shall not occur before 7:00 a.m. <br />Hours of operation shall be limited to 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Monday through <br />Saturday and 10.-00 am. to 6:00 pm. Sunday., Pet pick-up shall occur during <br />speleffically designated daily hours of operation. <br />30 Doggie Day Camp (daytime board ing),shall be limited to 70 dogs. <br />14. No outdoor pet exercising/activity shall be allowed. <br />519 the tenant space shall be constructed and/or improved in a manner that does not <br />' * h meets the City's noise <br />cause nuisances outside of the premises anct wnic <br />ordinance. <br />6, Pet waste will be handled in compliance with applicable building and/or health <br />I <br />code requiremenTs. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Punt and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor-, <br />and the following voted against: <br />WHEREUPON said resiolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
