Pursuant to Section 10 15 (Zoning Amendments) of <br />4P <br />8 the City Code of the City of Roseville, and after the City Counclfl consWeration of Planning File <br />9 07-069, the following property, located at 1901 Lexington Avenue and legally described as <br />10 Section 15 Towns' 29 29 Range 23, subj. to hwy and street, part of the N %of the NE % of <br />11 the SE V4E of Ed Bossards Addition Plat 2 and S of the line beginning on the E line of said <br />12 1/41/4and 183 ft.
