(Fonnerly Majors) The City Attorney will review the application prior to the <br />issuance of the license to ensure that 'it 'is in order. A representative fi-om Grurapy's Bar and Grill <br />will attend the hearing to answer any questions the Council may have. <br />t <br />The City currently has 23 On-Sale and Sunday Intoxicating liquor licenses issued. <br />Financial Implication <br />The revenue that 'is generated from the ficense fees collected 'is used to offset the cost of police <br />compliance checks, background investigations, enforcement of liquor laws, and license <br />administration. <br />Recommendations <br />It is recommended that the license be approved for the period January 1, 2008 thru December 31, <br />21008. <br />Council Action <br />4 <br />Motion approving/denying the On-Sale and Sunday Intox6cating liquor license, for Grumpy's Bar <br />and Grill located at 2901 Snelling Ave. <br />
