These items are historically funded by utility user fees. The larger cost impacts <br />for replacement items are; vehicles at $,481,000, structures and equipment at $,457,500, and <br />sewer main replacements at $,8,550,000. <br />Funding will be provided by sanitary sewer utility fees.
