The Jensen firm has 10; Kelly & Lemmons has 4 <br />11 <br />and Knaak & Kantrud has 6. Of the Ratwik fi rm" s 22 attorneys, 16 have done <br />work for Roseville. <br />In the prosecuting attorney area, the Hellmuth & Johnson finn was by far tb.e <br />largest, with 28 attorneys. The Jensen firm has 10; Kelly & Lemmons has 4, <br />as & Kantrud has 6 and MacMillan & Wallace has 4 <br />Experience of Attorneys <br />The expen*,ence of the firm and. its attorneys (usually, measured in years) reflects <br />professional maturity,, experience in different legal situations, professional <br />networks/contacts,, and higher skill levels. The firm also includes at least 5 other shareholders <br />who work with the City who have from 12 to over 20 years with the firm, The <br />Jensen firm prin.cipals had 20 and 41 years, experience; the Kelly firin principal <br />has 312 years experience and the Knaak principal has 30 years experience. The. <br />depth of experience of the Ratwik firm was a significant detennininiz factor i.n <br />their favor, as the individuals serving the City are senior partner-level attorneys. <br />
