They reviewed <br />ri <br />presentation drawings, and. walked to view the proposed Gazebo location. on. All written <br />comments were positive in relation to Rosdale Tower improvements and unrelated <br />to the gazebo, specifically. <br />Comment 1. <br />The proposed Gazebo should he located at location B on Sheet A2 <br />Response: T lie owner is prepared to relocate. the Gazebo to this location from the <br />current proposed location A. on sheet A2. <br />Comment 2., <br />The proposed Gazebo should be located at location C on Sheet A2. <br />Response.: This location would obscure lines of'sight on Herschel Street and be <br />hazardous to incoming and outgoing traffic.. <br />Comment 3. <br />Smokers using the Gazebo would send smoke to adjacent apartments, <br />Response: The location 15 feet from the property line would result in negligible <br />smoke transfer if any. <br />Cbminent 4. <br />The proposal is unacceptable. No reason given, <br />Response: It is difficult to comment without some specific concerns raised. <br />,Comment 5. <br />The Gazebo should be placed in the south parking lot area, <br />Response: It would be impractical to have visitors crossing one of the delivery access <br />areas. <br />Comment 61 <br />The Gazebo would become a party house on weekends& <br />Response: attached is a copy of the Roseville police department for the past year. <br />Disorderly boys /persons are noted on 01/07'/2008 six months before new ownership <br />took place. We have moved our Corporate Headquarters to Rosedale Tower. Any <br />occurrence• notified would be promptly addressed by our two property managers <br />based on site. <br />See attached written comments from the Open House Meeting. <br />
