I WHEREAS,, repayment of the funds so advanced will be made in accordance with the <br />2 provisions of Minnesota Statutes 162.08, Subd. 5 & 7 and Minnesota Rules, Chapter 8820, and <br />3 <br />4 WHEREAS,, the City acknowledges advance funds are released on a first -come- first -serve <br />5 basis and this resolution does not guarantee the availability of funds. <br />6 <br />7 NOW,, THEREFORE,, Be It Resolved.- That the Commissioner of Transportation be and is <br />8 hereby requested to approve this advance for financing approved Municipal State Aid Highway <br />9 Project(s) of the City of Roseville in an amount up to $,469,531 in accordance with Minnesota <br />10 Rules 8820.1500,, Subp. 9. 1 hereby authorize repayments from subsequent accruals to the <br />I I Regular/Municipal Construction Account of said City in accordance with the schedule herein <br />12 indicated.- (initial one) <br />13 <br />14 _X—Repayment from entire future year allocations until fully repaid. <br />15 —Repayment in equal annual installments <br />16 Repayment from future year allocations in amounts listed below until fully repaid <br />17 (maximum 3 year repayment). <br />18 CY CY CY <br />19 <br />20 The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by and upon vote <br />21 being taken thereon, the following voted in favor.- and the following voted against the same.- <br />22 <br />
