I EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING 2 OF CITY COUNCIL 3 CITY OF ROSEVILLE 4 RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA 5 6 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of 7 Roseville,, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 2660 Civic Center 8 Drive,, Roseville,, Minnesota,, on Monday, 24th ay of November, 2008, at 630 p.m. 9 10 The following members were present.- I I and the following members were absent.- 12 13 Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption.- 14 15 RESOLUTION NO. 16 FINAL CONTRACT ACCEPTANCE 17 2007 CONTRACT B, 18 19 BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, as follows.- 20 21 WHEREAS,, pursuant to a written contract signed with the City on March 26, 2007 for the 22 2007 Contract B Mill and Overlay Project, Midwest Asphalt Corporation, of Hopkins, 23 Minnesota,, has satisfactorily completed the improvements associated with this contract. 24 25 NOW THEREFORE,, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 26 ROSEVILLE,, MINNESOTA,, that the work completed under said contract is hereby accepted 27 and approved; and 28 29 30 31 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED.- That the City Manager is hereby directed to issue a proper order for the final payment of such contract,, taking the contractor's receipt in full; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED.- That the one year warranty period as specified in the contract shall commence on November 24,, 2008. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same.- Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
