Actual staff time will be billed against the 67 escrow. If the staff time exceeds the amount of the escrow, the applicant will be required to deposit 68 additional funds. After project completion, any remaining escrow will be returned to the applicant. Subdivision Escrow Fee Similar to the PUD. A subdivision escrow will be collected if an escrow is not required for other portions of the project.
