11 2 <br />11 5 <br />11 6 <br />11.% <br />Department Approval <br />IJS�kSPaC+E <br />NEQUEST FOR, COUNCIL ACTION <br />Date: November 10, 2008 <br />Item No.: 5.b <br />City Manager Approval <br />Item Description: Recognize the Accomplishments of Ten Eagle Scouts <br />I <br />Recently ten Boy Scouts in Roseville Troop 297 achieved the honor of Eagle Scout. Achieving <br />this honor is extremely challenging. Scouts must earn at least 21 merit badges and complete a <br />service project. Depending on how quickly a scout is able to complete all of the requirements, it <br />can to two to three years to achieve.
