President of Davanni's Restaurant,, Mick Stenson,, represented the <br />4 restaurant. The City of Roseville was represented by legal council, Scott Anderson and Isaac <br />5 Kaufman. After hearing the facts of the case Administrative Law Judge Heydinger found in <br />6 favor of the City's imposition of the penalty of $,2,000.00 and a Sixty (60), day suspension. <br />"7 POLICY OBJECTIVE <br />8 N/A <br />9 FINANCIAL IMPACTS <br />('.')
