When you enroll to participate in The National Citizen SurveyTM, you join a <br />netwolrik of jurisdictions that regularly, survey their citizens. <br />N'iational Research Center, Inc. (NRC) has been building a database of citizen sur- <br />veys for more than a decade. More than 400, local governments are represented. <br />Comparing your results to norms from this database will allow you to put your <br />own ratings in perspective, to identify programs that need attention, and to bench- <br />mark service improvements. <br />During the course of the survey process, you will be part of a small group of juris- <br />idictioins that are on the same schedule and share the same timeline for surveying. <br />0 A, new survey group begins every month, <br />By choosing to participate in The National Citizen Survey", your jurisdiction ben- <br />iefits from economies of scale and from the collaborative process. Common inter - <br />ests and iquestions enhance the survey administration for each group, <br />If a jurisdiction has any difficulty sticking with the original schedule, it can join a <br />later group. NR,C allows each jurisdiction to change plans or postpone its survey <br />based on local needs. <br />NRC welcomes multi-jurisdiction enrollments. When two or more jurisdictions <br />enroll together, each enjoys the additional benefits of peer comparison. <br />N <br />
