DAY OF THE ELECTION— Manday, July 21s'2008 <br />Screening Board, (SB) — A screening board will be r o,nsible for screening all applicants <br />who wish to be participating members of the GEARS Committee. The SB will submit no <br />mire than three candidates from each of the six geographic districts. Anoka, Dakota.
