Drainage easements consistent with Code requirements must be dedicated on <br />41 both parcels; <br />42, b. The garden shed on the 1000 Roselawn Avenue property must be relocated to <br />43 a location at least 5 feet from the rear and new side property lines and 6 feet <br />44, from the other structure on the property; <br />45 c. Within 30 days of the date of City Council approval, a quit claim deed, <br />46 certificate of survey, and new legal descriptions consistent with the proposed <br />4`7 recombination minor subdivision reviewed with this application in <br />48 Attachment C shall be submitted to the Community Development Director for <br />49 final review,, pursuant to § I 104.04B of the City Code; and <br />50 d.
