40 EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />°11 CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />42 <br />43 <br />44 <br />45 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br />46 County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 30th day of June 2008 at 6.-00 p.m. <br />47 <br />4,,, The following members were present.- <br />49 and the followina were absent-- <br />Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption.- <br />RESOLUTION <br />56 RESOLUTION APPROVING A LAWFUL GAMBLING PREMISE PERMIT TO THE NORTH <br />SUBURBAN YOUTH FOUNDATION <br />59 WHEREAS,, the North Suburban Youth Foundation has applied for a lawful gambling premise permit to <br />6('-) conduct lawful gambling activities at 1754 N Lexington Ave; and <br />62 WHEREAS,, the North Suburban Youth Foundation has met the local permit requirements as specified in <br />63 City Code, Section 304. <br />64 <br />65 NOW THEREFORE,, BE IT RESOLVED,, by the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, as <br />66 f011OWS.- <br />67 <br />68 The City of Roseville hereby approves the premise permit application of the North Suburban Youth <br />69 Foundation to conduct lawful gambling activities at 1754 N Lexington Avenue. <br />"7 ('-) <br />7 1 The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member and upon a <br />"72 vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof <br />73 <br />74 <br />"7 and the following voted against the same.- <br />76 <br />77 <br />WHEREUPON,, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />Page 3 of 4 <br />
