Tri-Data was selected because they had <br />5 completed a similar scoped study in 2002 and the cost of completing an update was far less than <br />6 contracting with a new firm to conduct a completely new study. <br />"7 <br />8 The issues and corresponding opportunities with the fire stations include.- <br />9 <br />Issue Opportunity <br />I .
