ATTACHMENT B <br />AMENDMENT NO. 2 <br />to <br />LICENSE AGREEMENT BETWEEN <br />METROPOLITAN COUNCIL AND CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />This Amendment No. 2 is made and entered as of the day October, 2008, by and <br />between the Metropolitan Council, a public corporation and political subdivision of the State of <br />Minnesota ("Council") and the City of Roseville ("City"). <br />RECITAL <br />1), On December 5, 2006, the Council and City entered into a License Agreement <br />("License Agreement"'), in which the City allowed the Council to use 50 stalls of a parking lot <br />owned by the City, located at 2661 Civic Center Drive in Roseville as a park and ride lot for the <br />parking of automobiles of Council passengers and Metro Transit buses. <br />2), The License Agreement provides in Section 7 that the License Agreement may be <br />extended. On December 4,, 2007 the contract was extended for one year to December 31, 2008. <br />3), The Council and City now want to extend the License Agreement again. <br />NOW,, THEREFORE,, FOR VALUABLE CONSIDERATION,, the receipt of which is <br />hereby acknowledged, the Council and City agree as follows.- <br />1), Section 7, Terms and Termination, is amended as follows.- Add the following <br />sentence to Section 7.- The parties agree that this Agreement is extended to December 31, 2009. <br />2), In all other respects,, the terms and conditions of the License Agreement remain in <br />full force and effect. <br />
