Department Approval <br />Item Description.- <br />l <br />REQUEST FOR COUNCIL ACTION <br />Date.- 10-27-08 <br />Item No..- 12.a <br />City Manager Approval <br />Consider Damico & Sons LLC application for On-Sale Wine & On-Sale 3.2 liquor license. <br />Background <br />Damico & Sons LLC has applied for On-Sale Wine and an On-Sale 32 liquor license at 1490 County Road <br />B. The City Attorney will review the application prior to the issuance of the license to ensure that it is in <br />order. A representative from Damico & Sons LLC will attend the hearing to answer any questions the <br />Council may have. <br />Financial Implications <br />The revenue that is generated from the license fees collected is used to offset the cost of police <br />compliance checks, background investigations, enforcement of liquor laws, and license administration. <br />14 <br />Recommendations <br />It is recommended that the license be approved for the period November 2008 thru December 31, 2009. <br />Council Action <br />Motion approving/denying the On-Sale and Sunday Intoxicating liquor license, for Damico & Sons LLC <br />located at 1490 County Road B. <br />Prepared by: Chris Miller., Finance Director <br />Attachments: A: Applications <br />E <br />Page I of I <br />
