Purpose: The Roseville City Code, Tile 10, Chapters 1013 (Conditional <br />7' Use Permits; Variances) and 1014 (Administration) is hereby amended by clarifying and <br />8 expanding the process of administratively approving minor deviations from Code requirements. <br />9 SECTION 2. Chapter 1013 is hereby amended as follows: <br />lo 1013.05: ADMINISTRATIVE <br />11 DEVIATION: <br />12, A. Purpose.- The purpose of the seflxw4E-peFmit--adm*ln*lstrat*lve deviation allowing limited <br />13 reductions m building setbacks, driveway setbacks, and/or limited excess of <br />14 impervious coverage is to encourage residents to upgrade and improve their properties, <br />15 while maintaining the overall character of the community. If any part of a proposal <br />16 does not meet the requirements for administrative deviation as established m this <br />1 7' section, the entire proposal shall be ineligible for administrative deviation approval-, <br />18 all impervious coverage and/or encroachments greater than what is described m this <br />19 section shall adhere to the variance procedure established m Section 1013.02 of this <br />2,0 code, and shall have a demonstrated physical hardship as derined by state statute. <br />0 <br />2,1 B.
