The application is incorporated into this <br />Agreement by reference and is made a part of this Agreement as follows- If the application or any <br />provision in the application conflicts With or is inconsistent with the Council Action. other <br />provisions of this Agreement, or the Project sum.rnary contained in this Attachm-ent A,, the ter-ins, <br />descriptions and dollar amounts reflected in the Counicil. Action or contained in this Agreement and <br />the Project summary shall prevail..
