Attachment A <br />City of Roseville <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 1, <br />SECTION 103.06, FILLING A COUNCIL VACANCY <br />THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE ORDAINS.- <br />SECTION I. Title L Section 103.06 of the Roseville City Code is amended to read as <br />follows.- <br />103.06: FILLING A COUNCIL VACANCY: <br />A. Appointment The Council shall appoint an eligible person to fill a vacancy on the City <br />Council as soon as is practicable after the vacancy occurs. The person appointed shall <br />serve for the unexpired portion of the term unless a special election is required <br />hereunder or by state law. <br />B. This special election shall be held as soon after the vacancy is declared as is <br />practical under state law. No special primary election shall occur in cases of special <br />elections held pursuant to this section. <br />SECTION II.- Effective date.
