Attachment C <br />Roseville Commun�ity Develoipmeni- <br />Amended PUD Applica.tion <br />June 6, 20018 1 <br />Written Narrative: <br />Presbyterian Homes and Services (PH�S) is a 501(c)3 not-for-profit <br />origanization� that provides services, and senior housing for older adults. <br />PHS has had corporate offices at the 2845 Hamline Avenue, Roseville, <br />IVIN 55113 since March 2002, Since that time, PHS has continued to <br />frow our senior housing and services and,, therefore, we have needed to <br />tdd personnel to our corporate offices to s,u�pport the growth. <br />Our plan proposes to add an approximately 2.7,000 square feet of a 2-1/2 <br />story above 1 rade addition to our existinig building. Our understanding is <br />9 <br />that our current building is currently in a PUD — B6 zoning designation, <br />and we are seeking an amendment to the PU�D for our office building. <br />The benefit to the City of Roseville would be that this project- -would <br />i�nicrea,sei the tax base and would be, developing an under-utilized site. In <br />addition,, by expanding our corporate offices and bringing a higher <br />concentration of office staff, this will help increase business for our <br />adjacent �retiall. <br />T <br />Wei believe, the site is consistent with undierlying zoning and the <br />development would not directly impact i'��ndividual family housing. <br />
