Commissioner Willnius comments indicated that plan 41 and 42 do not conform to <br />the adopted Langton Lake Park Master Plan and fail to, satisfy the requirements of the Roseville <br />Comprehensive Plan. <br />Con,im I ission Recommendation: -Noforn-ial recommendation.
