Secondary access <br />will be provided on the southeast portion of' the development through the existing <br />industrial development immediately south of the proposed development. The <br />purpose of" this memo is to determine if there will be any negative traffic impacts <br />caused by this development, <br />A trip generatilon analysis was performed for the site based on the methods and <br />rates published in the ITE Trip Generation Manual, 7t" Eddion, which is a <br />compilation of traffic data from existing devefopments, The results are shown in <br />Ta �b I el. 1, <br />Table 1 vehicles Entering/Exit,"I'ng ProposedDevelopment <br />Approximately 160 vehicles will enter and exit the site over the course of a typical <br />day'. The data for senior housing in the IT E Trip Generation Manual shows little <br />traffic is generated in the morning and evening rush hours.
