Major auto repair — along the lines of rebuilding engines — <br />%1.11 <br />12,9 requires a CUP and would not be allowed by the CUP currently under consideration. <br />130 Minor auto repair, on the other hand, is more in line with engine tune-ups, and is a <br />131 permitted on the property. <br />132, 8.0 RECOMMENDATION <br />133 8.1 The Planning Commission found that the proposed motor vehicle sales use would not <br />134 have adverse impacts with respect to the criteria considered for CUP applications and <br />135 voted 7-0 to recommend approval of the requested CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT to allow <br />136 the proposed sale of new motor vehicles pursuant to § 1005.015 and § 1013.01 of the <br />13 7' Roseville City Code subject to the following conditions.- <br />138 a. Motor vehicles sold shall be those that require state registration, license plate, and <br />139 driver's license,, and shall be further limited to neighborhood electric vehicles as <br />140 defined in MN Stat. 169. 01 subd. 91 , motorized bicycles as defined in MN Stat. <br />141 169.01 subd. 4a,, electric- assisted bicycles as defined in MN Stat. 169.01 subd. 4b, <br />142, and motorcycles as defined in MN Stat. 169.01 subd. 4 which nominally do not <br />143 exceed 250cc of piston displacement capacity; <br />144 b. Outdoor displays shall not exceed 7 motor vehicles, shall not include accessories, and <br />145 shall be limited to business hours; and <br />146 c. Fuel in motor vehicle fuel tanks and any other storage containers shall comply with <br />14"7 applicable Fire Code requirements. <br />148 8.2 Based on the comments and findings outlined in Sections 5 and 6 of this report, Planning <br />149 Division staff concurs with the recommendation of the Planning Commission. <br />�1 50 9.0 SUGGESTED ACTION <br />151 Adopt a resolution approving a CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT for Roseville Properties <br />152, and Allen Lenz (d.b.a.
