Draft Resolution Attachment F <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />1 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />2, Roseville,, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 25th day of August 2008, at 6.-00 p.m. <br />3 The following members were present.* <br />,4, and was absent. <br />5 Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption.- <br />6 RESOLUTION NO. <br />7' A RESOLUTION APPROVING A COMPREHENSIVE LAND USE MAP <br />8 DESIGNATION AMENDMENT FROM LOW DENSITY RESIDENTIAL AND MEDIUM <br />9 DENSITY RESIDENTIAL TO INSTITUTIONAL 2218, 22349 2236 AND 2240 HAMLINE <br />10 AVENUE ALONG WITH ASSOCIATED PARCELS (FF -030) <br />WHEREAS,, the Planning Commission, at a public hearing held on May 5, 2004�, <br />pertaining to the request they received from the Ramsey County Library for a Comprehensive <br />Land Use Plan Amendment on property addressed as 2218, 2234�, 2236, and 224�O Ha line <br />Avenue; and <br />WHEREAS,, the proposed Comprehensive Land Use Plan Amendment requires a map <br />designation change from "LD" (Low Density Residential), and "MD"' (Medium Density <br />Residential), to "IN"' (Institutional),* and <br />WHEREAS,, said properties are legally described as.- <br />SEE ATTACHED LEGAL DESCRIPTION/SURVEY <br />PIN 10-129-123-143-101019 10-129-123-143-101039 10-129-123-143-100999 10-129-123-143-1989 <br />10-129-123-143-100839 10-129-123-143-10084 10-129-123-143-100859 <br />10-129-123-143-10086, and 10-129-123-143-10087 <br />WHEREAS,, after required public hearings, the Roseville Planning Commission <br />recommended approval (7-0), of the request for a Comprehensive Plan Amendment, indicating <br />support for the library addition and site improvements; and <br />WHEREAS,, the Roseville City Council at their meeting of August 25, 2008, was <br />presented with the project report from the Planning Division regarding the subject request; and <br />NOW THEREFORE,, BE IT RESOLVED,, by the City Council hereby approve the <br />amendment to the Comprehensive Plan from "LD" (Low Density Residential), and "MD" <br />(Medium Density Residential), to "IN" (Institutional), for property and associated parcels <br />addressed at 221 8, 2234, 2236,, and 2240 Hamline Avenue (legally described above),, subject to <br />the following conditions.- <br />Page I of 3 <br />
