So long as the DEVELOPER maintains its <br />160 use of the property as contemplated in this agreement, the off-street parking areas <br />161 constructed in accordance with the approved site development plan shall be <br />162, satisfactory to the CITY. <br />163 9.6 On-Street Parking.- The DEVELOPER shall minimize on-street parking associated <br />164 with periodic staff training seminars; this may be accomplished by such means as <br />165 encouraging ride-sharing among visitors to the site and/or maintaining informal, <br />166 cooperative relationships with nearby property owners with parking areas that can <br />16 7' absorb overflow parking during typical office hours. <br />168 9.7 Signage.- The location, height, and area of building and freestanding signage shall <br />169 be consistent with an approved Master Sign Plan. <br />170 9.8 Pedestrian Walkways.- CITY policy requires the installation of pedestrian <br />1 71 pathways (sidewalks , no less than six feet in width, connecting public rights-of- <br />1 72, way with commercial development.
