The issue arose in the context of <br />the Applewood Senior Housing Project. <br />The pertinent Code Section is Section 1102.01(F'). Currently, this Section reads: <br />The owner or subdivider shall submit the final plat of a proposed <br />subdivision not later than six months after the date of approval of the <br />Prelim nary plat-, otherwise, the preliminary plat will be considered <br />void unless an extension is requested in writing by the subdivider and <br />granted by the City Council. <br />I not that the above language is relatively new, having been adopted on or about <br />March 24, 2008, by the Council. Previously, this Section required the subrm'ssion of a final <br />Plat application within 60 days of preliminary plat approval, and stated: <br />
