The City recognizes a need for an organized registration program of resi dent N11 rental property with I to 4 units within the City in order to identify and quantity small. rental. units in. the City and provide information and a method to enforce minimum. standards to meet City and State safety, health -ire, and zoning codes within the City and to provide a more efficient system to ensure that the C, stock. of rental property within the City is properly maintained.
