V 105 Notice 'is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota.,, w1i I I meet at 106 the City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, in the City of Roseville, Minnesota (the "City"), at 6:00 107 p.m. on Monday, February 25, 2008, to consider the proposal of:snelling Apartments Limited 108 Partnership (the "Borrower") that the project described below be assisted by the issum-ice of 10:9 revenue bonds under Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 4620. 110 The "Project" consists of the acqu.isition, renovation and equipping of an approximately 196 - 111 unit multifamily rental housing facility located at 2820 Snelling Avenue North in the City. The 112 Borrower will ini bail yown and operate the Project. 113 it is proposed that the City of Falcon Heights, Minnesota, wouldi"ssue revenue bonds to 114 finance the Pro ect. The City has been advised that Council approval of the bonds is required i 115 under Section 147(f) of the Internal Revenue Code because the Project 'is located in the City. .111* 110 The maximum aggregate estimated principal amount of bonds to be issued in one or more 117 series to finance the Pro 11 ect will be $14,00:0,000.
