Designate one individual to act as the OWNER'S representative with respect to the work <br />to be performed, and such person shall have complete authority to transmit instructions, <br />receive information!, interpret and define policies, and make, decisions with respect to <br />critical elements pertinent to the Project. <br />B. Genteel nical/Subsurface Investigations. 0 <br />The OWNER shall contract directly with a <br />qualified geotechnical consultant for necessary soil borin,gs, laboratory tests, or other <br />geotechnical services. The genteel nical consultant shall be acceptable to both the <br />OWNER and TKDA. <br />C. Property, Easement, or Right-of-Way Surveys: 'The OWNER shall contract directly with <br />a Registered Land Surveyor to establish or locate necessary property, boundary, <br />casement, or right-of-way monuments or lines, and/or to prepare legal descriptions. <br />D. Easement and Right-of-way,AQguisition Services includi. Ap rais,als and Property <br />............. <br />Owner Negotiations. The OWNER shall contract directly as niciciessary to obtain <br />4, <br />appraisals and to negotiate necessary property easements or right-of-way acquisitions. <br />Mod <br />E. Wetland Delineation and i igation Services: 'The OWNER shall contract directly with <br />qualified consultant as necessary for any wietland delineations and the preparation of any <br />wetland mitigation plans. I <br />F. Provide any related data as requested. <br />G. Provide electronic files of as-built drawings of watermains included in the Project. <br />H. Send all resident notifications. <br />1. H�ave appropriate staff available as needed for workshops and meetings., <br />J. Provide construction services as agreed upon and defined in the bid eci ns <br />s, p ficatio., <br />I <br />V. PERIOD -OF SERVICE <br />We would expect to start our services promptly on receipt of your acceptance of this Proposal <br />and complete SECTION 11 services by June 1, 2008. <br />
